Accelerating Resolution of Critical Business Issues

Using Collaborative Action Technology:
Business Tools that Turn Bottlenecks into Effective Solutions

The Invitation

Collaborative Action (CA) is pleased to offer a unique workshop for executives and managers interested in a proven approach to addressing bottlenecks, and implementing tailored solutions to critical business issues. CA has created a set of business and communication tools that can quickly achieve and sustain the change that you and your organization require.

These new skills will enable you to more effectively diagnosis the bottlenecks that hamper the success you desire and guide you in turning them to your company’s advantage. Prior workshop attendees have experienced how CA’s tools substantially improve the success of change efforts while reducing the business risks and unintended consequences.

The Opportunity

The Accelerating Resolution of Critical Business Issues workshop is specifically designed to quickly share new skills needed as a business leader in today’s highly competitive market place. You will be introduced to core CA tools, practice using those tools in interactive dialogue with the other participants and the instructor, and examine how they can assist you in addressing your critical business issues. Participants will receive demonstrations and illustrations of CA tools in action, small group reflection, problem solving dialogue, and practice using key CA tools with one-on-one coaching during the workshop.

Therefore, in order to maximize the learning, opportunities for interaction, coaching, and practice, workshop sessions are limited to 14 participants.  We maintain a wait list and may, based on demand, schedule additional sessions.

Participants in this workshop will become familiar with a subset of the entire CA tool set and be able to implement those tools in daily business practice; however, this will not enable participants to train others in their use or utilize other CA tools that were not explicitly transferred during the workshop.  CA will make available an Ethical Use Agreement as a starting point for a jointly configured agreement that will define our collective understanding of ethical use of Collaborative Action tools.

Collaborative Action’s business tools access information that is typically difficult to discuss and convert it into new levels of innovation, individual effectiveness, and company-wide performance. These tools have been developed and tested over the last nineteen years in a wide variety of business environments such as AT&T, Motorola, SCT, etc. Past attendees of similar CA workshops have reported a profound impact on their knowledge and skills that goes far beyond their original business focus, contributing to new levels of success in their organizations.
