Accelerated Coaching for Executives (ACE) expedites a key executive's ability to overcome frequently hidden impediments to individual effectiveness and managerial agility, thus allowing executives to address critical business issues more successfully. In a series of four, private, two-hour working sessions with a certified Collaborative Action consultant, executives explore the root causes of less productive behaviors while expanding their innate talents.

Executives typically report measurable results after only two working sessions. Furthermore, they are able to implement a means of overcoming persistent obstacles quickly to reach new levels of knowledge and measurable business performance.

Developed, tested and successfully applied over the last eight years, ACE allows professionals to:

The Executive Takes Control
In the ACE program, the executive's needs and the defined business objectives determine the depth, speed and content of each coaching session. ACE is specifically designed to ensure measurability, collaboration, speed and ease of access.

  • Measurability: At the very first session, the executive identifies which talent(s) to accelerate or which critical issue(s) to address and resolve. Together, the client and the ACE practitioner review the business objectives, determine how progress will be measured, and then continually monitor the outcomes. When appropriate, input from other stakeholders is incorporated into the process.

  • Executive Collaboration: Executives actively contribute to the design content, direction and depth of their working sessions; they participate in establishing the level of inquiry that will achieve the defined business objectives and be most beneficial to them.

  • Speed and Ease of Access: ACE delivers measurable results fast. Executives typically report substantial new learning and positive observable change after two working sessions. Delivered one-to-one, ACE can be implemented effectively over the telephone or in person-whatever is most appropriate.
