Executive Dialogues

Executive Dialogues are high level discussions between key Collaborative Action executive clients and key executives from the client's customer base. These facilitated roundtable dialogues are opportunities for clients and their customers to jointly and openly identify their most critical business issues and to uncover leverage points that will optimize new solutions that were previously unavailable to them. This results in a new level of openness and collaboration between the sponsoring executives and their clients or customers.

Collaborative Action Consultants are able to create a safe and productive climate where senior executives can raise concerns and insights that they might not otherwise disclose, frequently uncovering long held misperceptions and revealing valuable criteria for success.
