Accelerated Coaching for Executives expedites a key executive's ability to overcome frequently hidden impediments to individual effectiveness and managerial agility. A series of four, two-hour private sessions using Collaborative Action business tools will identify and alter many of the root obstacles that otherwise limit new levels of knowledge and high business performance in addressing current critical business issues.

Executive Dialogues
Collaborative Action Technologies conducts "Executive Dialogues" for small and large companies that allow groups of executives to uncover new solutions to their most critical issues. Some companies use these high level dialogues as opportunities to produce new value for their clients and their customers, since the Dialogues access previously unavailable information about clients' underlying business problems and needs. Executive Dialogues allow participants to jointly identify their most critical business issues and uncover leverage points that will optimize solutions. Executive Dialogues are typically three-hour sessions facilitated by Senior Collaborative Action Consultants and can be combined with an extended breakfast or lunch time meeting.
