Accelerated Individual and Organizational Effectiveness Program

Collaboration Action seeks to transfer the power of its technology first to the leadership and then throughout businesses seeking increased integrity as well as innovative and competitiveness.

Collaborative Action skills and knowledge can enable firms to exceed their target growth, reduce the unintended consequences and perceived personal risks. Individuals and teams participate in the Accelerating Individual and Organizational Effectiveness program to learn basic CAT business tools and to test the effectiveness of the technology on their most critical business issues.

This program consists of two, full day working sessions with an intervening month of on-the-job skill building and coaching from a qualified CA practitioner.

Attendees report that the knowledge and skills gained in this program have a profound impact on their individual effectiveness and immediately produce new levels of success in their teams and unit functions.
